Vencedores dos 76ºs Emmys

September 13, 2024 - A saga samurai Shōgun conseguiu conquistas históricas com uns épicos 18 Emmy na primeira temporada, The Bear a bater o próprio recorde com 10 vitórias e o êxito da Netflix Baby Reindeer a receber vários prémios.

It claimed that with 14 Emmys at the precursor Creative Arts Emmys, “Shōgun” had an unmatched performance, with 18 overall for one season.

“The Bear” finished second with 11 overall Emmys, including guest acting wins at the Creative Arts ceremony for Jamie Lee Curtis and Jon Bernthal.

Netflix’s “Baby Reindeer” won best limited series. Creator and star Richard Gadd won for his lead acting and writing, and Jessica Gunning, who plays his tormentor, won best supporting actress.

Elsewhere, Jodie Foster won Outstanding Actress In A Limited/Anthology Series for her turn in “True Detective: Night Country,” whilst Elizabeth Debicki’s Princess Diana in “The Crown” earned her the Outstanding Actress In A Drama accolade.

“Playing this part, based on this unparalleled, incredible human being, has been my great privilege,” Debicki said. “It’s been a gift.”
