Hamilton garante quinto título de F1 no México

October 29, 2018 - O quarto lugar de Lewis Hamilton no México garante-lhe o quinto título de Fórmula 1, igualando a lenda argentina Juan Manuel Fangio
em número de campeonatos.

Hamilton made his debut for McLaren in 2007, aged 22, finishing third in Melbourne, Australia, sealing his first F1 title one year later to become the youngest ever World Champion -- a record eclipsed by Sebastian Vettel in 2010.

With 71 race victories in total -- including nine this season -- he is second only to Schumacher, as he now aims to chase down the German great after signing a £40m-per-year contract extension with Mercedes in July.

Hamilton is part of a select club of only five drivers with four or more titles, comprising fellow four-time winners Sebastian Vettel and Alain Prost, Juan Manuel Fangio on five and record holder Michael Schumacher on seven.

Remaining races:
November 11, 2018 - Brazilian Grand Prix
November 25, 2018 - Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
