July 9, 2012 - July 12, 2012 - Efforts to ease tensions in the South China Sea will dominate this week's ASEAN Regional Forum in Phnom Penh, with Manila leading a push to persuade China to accept a "code of conduct" (COC) in the sea. Tensions have flared recently with both Vietnam and the Philippines accusing Beijing of aggressive behavior.
