Turistas muertos en el hundimiento de un barco en el Danubio
May 30, 2019 -- Varios turistas coreanos murieron y muchos más están desaparecidos luego que un barco se hundió en el río Danubio en la capital de Hungría, Budapest.
The boat was carrying 33 South Korean passengers and two Hungarian crewmembers when it collided with a larger cruise boat travelling in the same direction during a nighttime tour on Wednesday night.
Seven people were confirmed as dead and 21 others are missing. Seven people were rescued.
The vessel, called Hableany (meaning: mermaid) was a 27-metre, double-decker river cruise boat with a 150-horsepower engine and could hold up to 60 people, its owner, Panorama Deck Ltd., told state media.
A massive rescue effort continues on a river swollen by heavy rainfall.
