March 8, 2025 - The English Premier League season continues as Arne Slot’s Liverpool have a 98.7% chance of becoming champions -- according to data analysts Opta -- after establishing a 13-point advantage over Arsenal, with ten matches remaining.

Liverpool have dominated title race in recent weeks, holding off potential challenges from Arsenal, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest. No team in English top-flight history has held such a sizeable lead and failed to win title.

While Mohamed Salah could be set for the best individual season since
the Premier League era began in 1992, surpassing the 47 goal involvements by Alan Shearer in 1995.
