9 september: Apple onthult iPhone 16 tijdens “Glowtime”-evenement

August 29, 2024 - With Apple’s 2024 iPhone unveiling event just days away, we’ve collated the biggest leaks and rumours of what’s most likely to be showcased.

Apple will hold a product launch at its Cupertino headquarters on September 9, when it will showcase the iPhone 16, Apple Watch 10 and other new devices and software.

The “Glowtime” event – likely a reference to the improved AI-driven Siri digital assistant – will unveil new larger screen iPhones and watches, and most likely updated AirPods.

The iPhone 16 is expected to launch on September 20, with the new iOS 18.0 operating system, featuring new ways to customise the home screen, and will be updated in October to version 18.1 that will feature a slew of Apple Intelligence AI features.
