Uitslag presidentsverkiezingen Indonesië (1)
February 15, 2024 - The unofficial sample tallies by pollsters suggest that Defence Minister Prabowo Subianto has secured 58% of the votes in Indonesia's presidential election, winning in the first round.
Subianto’s lead could see him win in a single round if sustained.
Ballots counted in a sample of voting stations nationwide, tallied by three pollsters, ranged from 30% to nearly 43% as of 09:30GMT.
Rivals Anies Baswedan and Ganjar Pranowo had 24.8% and 16.7%, respectively, according to the independent pollsters that are conducting “quick counts” at the close of voting.
