Russische invasie: Dag 373
March 3, 2023 - Russia has accused Kyiv of a “terrorist attack” on Bryansk Oblast, in which one Russian citizen was reportedly killed and six others taken hostage. Ukraine has denied responsibility and blamed Russia for a false flag operation, while the far-right Russian Volunteer Corps, allied to Ukraine, have claimed responsibility.
The battle for control of the city of Bakhmut is raging around the clock now, as Ukrainian forces repel around 85 attacks in 24 hours. The U.S. is hosting war planning exercises for Ukrainian military officers in Germany. The German government has requested from their counterparts in Switzerland that they allow Rheinmetall to buy mothballed Leopard 2 tanks to backfill those supplied to Ukraine.
