Rafael Nadal is one victory away from claiming a record 21st Grand Slam title, to edge ahead of rivals Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic’s total of 20 major titles each. The Spaniard has secured the Melbourne title once before, beating Federer in 2009.
World No.2 and U.S. Open winner Daniil Medvedev will provide resolute opposition after reaching the final in 2021, losing to Djokovic.
