Members have a Personal Educational License as defined by the User Terms. This allows content to be used for your personal interest and education or for classroom hand-outs if you are a teacher. It also allows use on personal non-commercial blogs, websites or social media. A website is considered to be non-commercial if it has less than 1000 unique visitors a month or for which less than Euro 200 advertising revenue accrues each month. The license does NOT allow an artist to use Graphic News copyright work as visual reference to create their own images for commercial use. For this a professional license is needed.

Contact us. We can reissue archive graphics (produced without JPG). With interactives (which obviously do not have a JPG version) we may be able to point you in the direction of a static equivalent (with a JPG).

Each account has a main contact that can add users via the online account (or if you contact us). The maximum is usually 5 for groups with Fixed Price Deals.

No! The Main User and anyone with User Management permissions can add users and edit their permissions. The Main User and anyone with Financial Permissions can see orders and edit invoicing information. Other users can view only, and/or download, and/or buy credits.
Example: A picture editor might have a card to purchase images, so they could buy "credits" that could then be used by the graphics department to obtain the images requested by a page editor. And someone in the accounts department could then log in to obtain copies of invoices.

We ask for support from people that use our information, because infographics are expensive to produce not only because of the time taken to design and produce the artwork, but because of the time take to research for information

• You can make your decision from the smaller image that is visible on a board (or lightbox as it used to be called). To see these smaller previews, click on the [VIEW] link or the icon that looks like a board with multiple images on it. if you search by keyword the hits are displayed on a board.
• Alternatively you can use credits. These are included with Membership (if you want JPG for personal interest or classroom teaching) or a Professional Fixed Price deal (if you want modifiable formats for editorial use).
