اشتباكات بين المقاومة والجيش الإسرائيلي في جنوب لبنان

October 2, 2024 - القوات الإسرائيلية وعناصر الجماعة المسماة حزب الله تشتبك عن قرب في جنوب لبنان، حيث أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي عن مقتل ثمانية جنود - هم أول من قتل داخل لبنان منذ بدء الغزو.

So called Hezbollah said its fighters were clashing with Israeli troops who had "infiltrated" a southern border village of Maroun al-Ras.

The group said earlier it had forced Israeli soldiers to withdraw after they attempted to enter the border village of Adaysseh further northeast.

The Israeli military said regular infantry and armoured units were joining its ground operations in Lebanon, a day after Israeli soil was attacked by Iran in a strike that raised fears the oil-producing Middle East could be engulfed in a wider conflict.
