October 16, 2024 - Thomas Tuchel ha sido nombrado nuevo entrenador de Inglaterra a partir del 1 de enero, 2025. El entrenador alemán, que ha firmadoun contrato inicial de 18 meses, dirigirá al equipo nacional hacia la Copa Mundial FIFA 2026.

Tuchel becomes the third non-British manager of the England men’s team after Sven-Goran Eriksson and Fabio Capello. His 11 club honours include winning the UEFA Champions League with Chelsea in 2021, and domestic league trophies with both Bayern Munich (2023) and Paris St-Germain (2019, 2020)
Former coach Gareth Southgate guided England to successive UEFA Euro finals in 2020 and 2024, and fourth place at 2018 World Cup.
