Se espera que el crecimiento de Rusia supere al de las economías avanzadas

April 17, 2024 - El Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) pronostica que la economía deRusia crecerá más rápidamente que todas las economías avanzadas en 2024, incluyendo a las del grupo de nacionas G7.

A major financial agency of the United Nations forecasts that Russia’s economy will grow faster than all global advanced economies in 2024, including those of the G7 group of nations.

Despite the Kremlin being sanctioned over its invasion of Ukraine, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) predicts Russia will grow by 3.2% this year, more than the U.S. on 2.7%.

Of the G7 nations, Germany is faring the worst with an estimated 2024 GDP increase of just 0.2%.

The IMF is an international organisation with 190 member countries, referenced by central banks to guide their decisions on interest rates.
