January 11, 2024 - Un análisis de The New York Times de las acusaciones relacionadas con los intentos de Donald Trump para anular el resultado de la elección 2020 de EUA resalta sus numerosas reuniones y telefonemas tratando de lograr su objetivo.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has expressed skepticism about former President Donald Trump’s claim that he is immune from prosecution for plotting to subvert the 2020 election.

It seems unlikely that it will rule in his favour on a central element of his defence.

When a decision comes on the issue of immunity, it will play a major role in deciding when or if Trump will go to trial in the election interference case, and could affect the timing of the three other criminal trials he’s facing.
