La nueva cinta “Alien” se sitúa entre los dos primeros filmes

November 29, 2023 - Una entrevista en la alfombra roja con la actriz Cailee Spaeny ha revelado que la próxima entrega de “Alien”, de la que es la protagonista principal, se ambienta entre los dos primeros filmes.

At the Gotham Awards in New York, actor Cailee Spaeny revealed the next “Alien” movie instalment, in which she stars, is set just after the original 1979 Ridley Scott sci-fi horror classic.

The Alien franchise has been adapted and reborn several times with spin-off movies involving the Predator character, and more recently two prequels directed by Ridley Scott once again.

The latest film, directed by Fede Alvarez, is set in between “Alien” and “Aliens” and involves young people from a distant world who must face off against the terrifying Xenomorphs.

The franchise in chronological order is as follows:

1) AVP: Alien vs Predator (2004)
2) AVP: Aliens vs Predator: Requiem (2007)
3) Prometheus (2012)
4) Alien: Covenant (2017)
5) Alien (1979)
6) Alien: Romulus (2024) *NEW*
7) Aliens (1986)
8) Alien 3 (1992)
9) Alien Resurrection (1997)

“Alien: Romulus” is set to open in cinemas on August 16, 2024.
