Ruta del Tour de France 2024

By Phil Bainbridge

October 25, 2023 - or primera vez en 40 años, el Tour de France no termiará en los Champs-Élysées, ya que los Juegos Olímpicos se realizarán en París, y en cambio terminará con un cronometraje con ascenso de colina en Niza.

For the first time, the Grand Départ is in Italy, with riders setting off from Florence on June 29. The first three stages pass through the provinces of Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy before crossing the border on the fourth stage to Valloire.

Organisers of the 21-stage route are expecting an open race, with two individual time trials totalling 59km, four mountain-top finishes, and a series of gravel sections. Covering a distance of around 3,492km, the race will demand climbing a total elevation of 52,320m, much of it in the final week

The stages include:
8 flat stages
4 hill stages
7 mountains stages
2 individual time trials
