February 24, 2023 - Un informe de la inteligencia ucraniana sobre tropas rusas vistiendo uniformes ucranianos cerca de la frontera hacen surgir temores de una operación de bandera falsa para arrastrar a Minsk a la guerra. El presidente bielorruso Alexander Lukashenko ha dicho que Bielorrusia solo entraría a la guerra si fuera atacado por Ucrania.

Moldova’s government has dismissed Russian allegations of a Ukrainian plan to invade the breakaway region of Transdniestria. Russia claimed that Ukraine planned to stage an attack supposedly by Russian forces from Transnistria as a pretext for the invasion. Experts believe that while Moscow has no plans to attack Moldova at this point, there has been an ongoing effort by the Kremlin to undermine the government.

China has issued a 12-point ceasefire plan but abstained from a UN General Assembly vote calling for Russian withdrawal, amid claims by NATO secretrary general Jens Stoltenberg that there are signs it may be preparing to arm Moscow.
