Invasión rusa: Informe de situación - día 338

By Phil Bainbridge

January 27, 2023 - Rusia lanzó 55 misiles y 24 drones en un ataque masivo tras el anuncio de que Kiev recibirá tanques Leopard 2 de Alemania y Abrams de Estados Unidos.

Lockheed Martin CEO Frank St. John has said the company is ready to ramp up production of F-16 fighter jets to enable them to backfill any country that chooses to carry out third party transfers to Ukraine. At present, the U.S. has refused to supply or authorise any of Ukraine’s western allies to transfer F-16s, as they try to maintain the difficult balancing act of providing Ukraine with the means to defend itself without escalating the war.

The U.S. has designated the private military Wagner Group a “significant transnational criminal organization” and has applied sanctions to key figures and its support network, including a Chinese satellite imagery company, a Central African Republic security firm and a UAE aviation company.
