November 30, 2022 - Letonia y otros miembros de la OTAN dicen que Ucrania debería sser libre de atacar objetivos dentro de Rusia, en una reunión de ministros de relaciones exteriores en Bucarest.

Although there are no restrictions imposed on how Ukraine uses its weapons, the U.S. has declined to supply weapons with sufficient range to strike inside Russia.

The U.S. is considering designating the private military Wagner Group, run by oligarch and close Putin ally Yevgeny Prigozhin, a foreign terrorist organisation. The Russian government has previously denied any links to the Wagner Group, despite the prominent role it has played in the invasion of Ukraine, and labelling it a terrorist organisation would allow the US to pursue criminal prosecution of the group and its members, and to attempt to freeze its financial assets around the world.
