November 29, 2022 - Los ministrros de exteriores de la OTAN se reúnen el 29 y 30 de noviembre en Bucarest, Rumania, prometiendo “ayuda militar, intercambio de inteligencia y apoyo financiero” para Ucrania.
Romania and neighbouring Moldova have been hard hit by the war, with Bucharest alone hosting almost 80,000 refugees. Germany is to chair a side meeting on the energy crisis caused by the war, with the U.S. administration budgeting $1.1 billion for energy aid to Ukraine and Moldova.
According to UN figures, there have been over 17,000 civilian casualties since the February invasion, including 6,655 killed, mostly by wide-area
explosive weapons such as heavy artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, missiles and air strikes. Over 3,950 of the dead were in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
