Informe de situación - día 246
October 27, 2022 - El presidente ucraniano Volodymyr Zelenskiy ha acusado a los comandantes rusos de “locura” en sus esfuerzos por capturar la población oriental de Bajmut.
The town – which sits in the Donetsk region and had a pre-war population of 70,000 – has been the centre of Russian attacks for months, BBC reports.
In a video address, Zelenskiy did not mention what was happening in Kherson in the south, which officials and military analysts have predicted will be one of the most consequential battles of the war since Russia invaded Ukraine eight months ago.
But the Ukrainian Resistance Centre reported that Russian forces in Nova Kakhovka are preparing to fight Ukrainians in the streets, an indication that the Russian anticipate battles to take place on the east bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast.
