Hielo del Ártico en mínimo récord
August 28, 2012 - Arctic sea ice has dipped to its smallest extent ever recorded in more than three decades of satellite measurements, according to scientists from NASA and the National Snow and Ice Data Centre. On August 26, sea ice fell to 4.10 million sq km, 70,000 sq km below the September 2007 minimum. Since 1978, satellites have observed 13% decline per decade in summertime minimum.
