UEFA Champions League knock-out stage bracket 2024-25

March 13, 2025 - The draw for the knock-out stages of the UEFA Champions League has taken place in Nyon, Switzerland. Highly anticipated quarter-final ties include Arsenal against reigning champions Real Madrid -- fresh from their penalty shoot-out drama with Atletico -- while Premier League outfit Aston Villa continue their European exploits taking on Paris St-Germain. Elsewhere, Barcelona face Borussia Dortmund, and Bayern Munich tackle Internazionale in a heavyweight clash. The first leg of the quarter-final matches begin on April 8/9.

The 70th season of Europe's elite club competition, and the 33rd since it was renamed the UEFA Champions League, this is the first under the new format. It kicks off on 9 July 2024 with the qualifiers, and runs until the final on Saturday May 31, 2025 at Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.

Real Madrid are defending champions having defeated Borussia Dortmund in the 2024 final.

The UEFA Champions League is contested by the highest ranked teams of the strongest UEFA national associations. It is the top club competition in European football and one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world. The Champions League final is the most watched annual sporting event worldwide.
