March 16, 2025 - December 7, 2025 - The 76th Formula One World Championship commences with the Australian Grand Prix and concludes in Abu Dhabi in December. New Zealand driver Liam Lawson races for Red Bull in the 2025 season, after securing 21st place in the 2024 Championship with 4 points. His team-mate is Dutch driver Max Verstappen.

The Formula One World Championship, the premier class of motor racing, is organised by the governing body of international motorsport, the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA).

Twenty drivers will contest the 2025 World Championship:

Alpine: Pierre Gasly, Jack Doohan (NEW)
Aston Martin: Fernando Alonso, Lance Stroll
Ferrari: Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton
Haas: Esteban Ocon, Oliver Bearman (NEW)
Stake Kick Sauber: Nico Hulkenberg, Gabriel Bortoleto (NEW)
McLaren: Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri
Mercedes: George Russell, Andrea Kimi Antonelli (NEW)
Red Bull Racing: Max Verstappen, Sergio Pérez
Visa Cash App RB: Yuki Tsunoda, Liam Lawson (NEW)
Williams: Carlos Sainz Jr, Alexander Albon
