February 29, 2024 - December 8, 2024 - The 75th Formula One World Championship commences with the Bahrain Grand Prix and concludes in Abu Dhabi in December. Spanish driver Carlos Sainz Jr. races for Scuderia Ferrari in the 2024 season, after securing 7th place in the 2023 Championship with 200 points. His team-mate is Monaco driver Charles Leclerc.

The Formula One World Championship, the premier class of motor racing, is organised by the governing body of international motorsport, the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA).

Twenty drivers will contest the 2024 World Championship:

AlphaTauri: Daniel Ricciardo, Yuki Tsunoda
Alpine: Esteban Ocon, Pierre Gasly
Aston Martin: Fernando Alonso, Lance Stroll
Ferrari: Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz Jr.
Haas: Kevin Magnussen, Nico Hulkenberg
Kick Sauber: Valtteri Bottas, Zhou Guanyu
McLaren: Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri
Mercedes: Lewis Hamilton, George Russell
Red Bull Racing: Max Verstappen, Sergio Pérez
Williams: Alexander Albon, Logan Sargeant
