May 22, 2023 - Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the United States has been by far the largest provider of security assistance to Kyiv, followed by the UK and EU.
Since the war began, the Biden administration and the U.S. Congress have directed more than $75 billion in assistance to Ukraine, according to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. Most of the aid has been military-related.
Dozens of other countries, including most members of NATO and the European Union, are also providing large aid packages to Ukraine.
