The official emblem of King Charles III’s coronation

By Ninian Carter

May 6, 2023 - The official coronation emblem pays tribute to King Charles III’s love of nature by unifying the flora of the four nations of the United Kingdom – the English rose, Scottish thistle, Welsh daffodil and Northern Irish shamrock.

Together, they form the shape of St Edward’s Crown, with which the king will be crowned during the coronation service at Westminster Abbey on Saturday, May 6.
