CYCLING
Tour of Flanders Classic
April 2, 2023 - The second of the Monument Classics – the five toughest, most prestigious one-day races in cycling – returns to Bruges for the first time since 2016.
First raced in 1913, the Tour of Flanders has become famed as a punishing trial, in which the riders must endure long distances over terrible roads, and the cobbled ascents of Oude Kwaremont and Paterberg will once again provide a major hurdle.
The next of the classics is the other cobblestone route from Paris-Roubaix, followed by the Liege-Bastogne-Liege, and the Tour of Lombardy.
