Allies to supply longer range rockets to Ukraine

The U.S. is readying a more than $2 billion package of military aid expected to include longer-range rockets for the first time as well as support equipment for Patriot missile systems and precision-guided munitions.
France and Italy are finalising the delivery of their Surface-to-Air Medium-Range/Land-based missile system, including the Aster 30, one of the only systems capable of intercepting the Russian Kh-22 anti-ship missiles which have been used to target civilian infrastructure.
