UEFA Europa Conference League reaches knock-out stages

December 17, 2021 - The draw for the knockout round play-off in the UEFA Europa Conference League has taken place in Nyon, Switzerland, as the tournament reaches the knockout stages. The UEFA Conference League group stage runners-up and third-ranked teams from the UEFA Europa League play off for the remaining berths in the Last 16.

The 2021-22 UEFA Conference League is the inaugural season of Europe’s third-tier club football tournament.

The season culminates with the final at the Arena Kombëtare in Tirana, Albania, on May 25, 2022.

The winners of the tournament automatically qualify for the 2022-23 Europa League group stage, and clubs qualify for the competition based on their performance in their national league and cup competitions.
