New Zealand and Wales contest Rugby World Cup Bronze Final

By Chris Dinsdale

November 1, 2019 - New Zealand and Wales clash in the Bronze Final of the 2019 Rugby World Cup. The match, played at the Tokyo Stadium in Chofu, will decide which team finishes the tournament in third place.

Wales, who suffered a narrow loss to South Africa in the semi-finals, must defeat the All Blacks for the first time since 1953 if they are to claim the prize.

It will not be an easy task, with New Zealand looking to bounce back after their 18-match World Cup winning streak was ended by England.

The Bronze Final is the penultimate match of the six-week Rugby World Cup, which was staged in Asia for the first time in its history.
