Gen2 cars make Formula E race debut

December 15, 2018 - July 14, 2019 - A new car, new race format, new city circuits, new power modes and new teams/drivers are set to make the fifth Formula E season the most exciting yet.

The Formula E 2018-19 championship gets underway in the ancient surroundings of Ad Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, where all 22 Gen2 cars and drivers will take to the 2.495km track in the first race of Season Five.

The FIA Formula E Championship is the world’s first fully electric international single-seater street racing series.
