Federer targets century of titles

By Chris Dinsdale

October 27, 2018 - November 4, 2018 - The Paris Masters, the final ATP Masters 1000 tournament of the year, takes place in Paris, France.

After triumphing at the Swiss Indoors tournament in Basel, Roger Federer, 37, is now aiming to capture his 100th ATP tour title. With Jimmy Connors holding the Open Era record of 109 titles, surpassing that could be one challenge too many -- even for this timeless tennis master.

Federer’s 99 ATP Tour titles include 20 Grand Slam titles, six ATP World Tour Finals titles, with 27 Masters 1000 event titles -- the most prestigious tournaments in men’s tennis.

The Swiss master has the opportunity to add to his tally at the Paris Masters and the ATP Finals, which starts Nov 11.
