August 27, 2018 - September 9, 2018 - World No. 1 and Roland Garros champion Rafael Nadal heads the men’s seeds for the U.S. Open, the fourth and final Grand Slam tournament of the season.

Five-time champion and Australian Open winner Roger Federer is seeded second, and 2009 U.S. Open champion and Roland Garros semi-finalist Juan Martin del Potro is seeded third.

Rising star Alexander Zverev of Germany is fourth and Kevin Anderson of South Africa, a finalist at both the 2017 U.S. Open and this year’s Wimbledon, is fifth.

Novak Djokovic, fast returning to the top of the game after a lengthy injury timeout, rounds out the top six.
