July 2, 2018 - July 15, 2018 - The Wimbledon Championships take place in London, England. Wimbledon is the only Grand Slam where seedings do not follow the world rankings, instead taking into account players’ previous performances on grass. Eight-time champion Roger Federer heads world No. 1 Rafael Nadal as top seed, while three-time champion Novak Djokovic (ranked 17) is seeded 12th, and former finalists Marin Cilic (5/3rd) and Milos Raonic (32/13th) also benefit from higher spots.
