Trump team links with Russia - interactive
August 10, 2017 -
Special counsel Robert Mueller, appointed to investigate Donald Trump’s alleged links to Russia during the U.S. presidential campaign, has set up a grand jury to study the evidence.
Moscow denies any meddling and President Trump has dismissed suggestions of collusion by his campaign.
A grand jury has significant powers including the right to issue subpoenas which compel witnesses to testify. Mueller's team of investigators includes 16 lawyers -- it is unclear how long the investigation will last.
