Trump’s controversies

By Duncan Mil

March 2, 2017 - Donald Trump promised that he would “drain the swamp” in Washington and find “the best people” for his administration. During his brief tenure in the White House, several people controversially exited the Trump team, with the most prominent departure being National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. Other high-profile names have turned down cabinet jobs.

Now, Trump’s Attorney General Jeff Sessions is under fire over meetings with Sergei Kislyak -- Russia’s ambassador -- despite telling his confirmation hearing he had “no communications with the Russians.” Kislyak is considered to be the Kremlin’s top spy in Washington DC.
