Wildlife populations plunge

October 27, 2016 - Worldwide populations of mammals, birds, fish, amphibians and reptiles have plunged by almost 60 percent since 1970 as human activities overwhelm the environment. If the trend continues that decline could reach two-thirds among vertebrates by 2020, the WWF conservation group warns.
