Stratolaunch space venture

July 20, 2016 - The Stratolaunch air-launch platform – the largest aircraft ever to be built – is aiming to begin ferrying rockets to space by the end of the decade. Constructed by U.S. aerospace company Scaled Composites, the massive twin-bodied craft is reportedly close to completion, with test flights scheduled to begin in 2017.
