MIGRANTS
Calais “Jungle” camp
February 29, 2016 - Clashes have broken out in the French port of Calais where demolition teams have begun clearing part of the migrant camp known as the Jungle. At the weekend the authorities toured the area urging residents to leave, following a court decision on Thursday approving a government plan to clear the southern part of the shanty town.
