NATO to send more forces east to deter Russia

February 10, 2016 - NATO defence ministers meet in Brussels to discuss bolstering troop presence in Poland and the Baltic States to deter Russia. However, only four of the 26 European members of NATO are currently meeting defence spending target of 2% of GDP.
