The Federation Tower – designed as the centrepiece of Moscow’s International Business Centre (MIBC) – is set to become Europe’s tallest building, overtaking the nearby OKO and Mercury City Tower.
The 374m-tall Vostok (East) Tower, part of the Federation complex, is scheduled to be completed in early 2016.
