October 19, 2015 - Tensions are rising among thousands of migrants blocked by border controls as they head for Western Europe through the Balkans. Several hundred, including many women and children, spent the night in rain and cold at Croatia's border with Slovenia as countries quarrel over how to handle the large influx of people.
