 Grand National 2007 infographic
The John Smith's Grand National takes place at Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool. Up to 8,000 extra spectators will be able to enjoy the race at close quarters with the opening of two new stands, the Lord Sefton Stand and the Earl of Derby Stand, providing viewing facilities for 3,000, and another 5,000 racegoers accommodated at the new Aintree Pavilion. Prize money for the three-day meeting has risen to a record £2,320,000. Graphic shows Aintree course, new facilities, and sponsor's logo.
