Spanish team Barcelona -- competition top scorers with 37 goals -- conquered Europe for the first time in 2021, but suffered defeat to Lyon in the 2022 final. While Wolfsburg -- champions in 2013 and 2014 -- have surged into their sixth European final with dramatic 119th-minute strike to secure semi-final win over Arsenal.
The pair have met on five previous occasions, with Wolfsburg victorious in four matches -- no club has beaten Barcelona more times in Europe.
