Corporate America will Angestellte wieder im Büro sehen

March 16, 2023 - Mit Ende der Covid-19 Restriktionen, wollen viele US Firmen ihre großteils unwilligen Angestellten an einigen Tagen zurück in die Büros holen.

Some U.S. corporate leaders believe productivity is better when employees share an office together, with several issuing staff, who have been working from home since the Covid-19 pandemic began, with return-to-office mandates.

Most recently, Meta is encouraging staff to come into the office again, although it hasn’t specified for how long. It joins the likes of Amazon, Starbucks and Disney who have all asked employees to return to their desks in 2023.

In most cases staff are not enthused with some even starting petitions to try and reverse the decisions, far preferring their improved quality of life not having to commute to work.
