November 30, 2022 - Bei dem Außenministertreffen in Rumänien wurde von Lettland und anderen NATO Mitgliedern vorgeschlagen, dass die Ukraine die Möglichkeit bekommen sollte, Ziele in Russland direkt anzugreifen.

Although there are no restrictions imposed on how Ukraine uses its weapons, the U.S. has declined to supply weapons with sufficient range to strike inside Russia.

The U.S. is considering designating the private military Wagner Group, run by oligarch and close Putin ally Yevgeny Prigozhin, a foreign terrorist organisation. The Russian government has previously denied any links to the Wagner Group, despite the prominent role it has played in the invasion of Ukraine, and labelling it a terrorist organisation would allow the US to pursue criminal prosecution of the group and its members, and to attempt to freeze its financial assets around the world.
