Royal Portrush veranstaltet das 148. Open

The course has undergone major changes as part of preparations to host the tournament, including the introduction of two new holes – the long par-5 7th and the par-4 8th.

Nine of the holes have new tees and several new bunkers have been introduced, including five on the new 7th hole and three on the new 8th. The changes means the course has been lengthened by 201 yards to 7,344 yards.
