Riesiges Bergeschiff hebt die Costa Concordia

October 14, 2013 - The world’s largest semi-submersible ship – the Dockwise Vanguard – could be used to remove the wreck of the Costa Concordia from the Italian island of Giglio, where it capsized in 2012. The cruise liner is currently resting on an underwater cradle after being hauled upright in September. The removal operation is expected to take place around mid-2014.
