Every user has an online account, accessed after they login, via the link on the top bar. What is visible on your dashboard depends on what permissions you have. Each account has a MAIN CONTACT or — the first point of contact for the website admin or for other USERS in the group (for group accounts).FAQ: Who is the Main Contact?
The main contact is the first point of contact. They are identified in the account info available to other Users. For accounts set up online, the person who sets up the account is the initial MAIN CONTACT. They can:
1. Review and edit the ACCOUNT information, including the address, tax identification, or the currency used for invoices.
2. Make another user the "MAIN CONTACT" in their stead, or use the CHAT link to ask them to do it.
3. They also have all the permissions possible to other users.
Support can also carry out these functions if requested.

FAQ: What can users do?
What other users can do depends on what permissions they are give, and what deal the group has as a whole. If there is only one user they can do "everything". In groups the options are:
1. Download (depending on what deal the group has)
2. Oversee Financial - view orders/invoices and other financial information, renew/terminate online deals
3. Buy Credits (if included in their deal)
4. Manage Users - Invite other users to join the group and give them the appropriate permissions as detailed above; invite other users to receive e-alerts.
If no permissions are allocated, the user will simply be able to login. Whether they can cross the paywall depends on their deal.

FAQ: How do I know what my deal is?
If you have (or have had) a deal for a specific period it will be shown in your online account.
FAQ: Why do I need credits if I have an unlimited media subscription?
Credits enable items to be downloaded so they are needed for media subscriptions that are described as "unlimited". A default for each invoice period is set, but can be increased if you contact us..
FAQ: What can I can download with my credits?
They can only be used to obtain items from Graphic News. Some include interactives as well as other types, whereas others don't. Interacties in legacy formats can be supplied, but we check first that you are aware that specialist software is needed. Interactives with live results are also available on request, so that we can make sure adequate loadsharing is available.
FAQ: How long do credits last?
Credits obtained with Membership, or allocated with an unlimited media subscription, last only for the period of the invoice. Credits purchased separately last for 12 months before they expire but they can only be used during an active membership.
FAQ: Can I get an item if it is outside my deal?
Contact us., or if you have an online account, use SELECT&PAY, i.e. select the item you want and pay at checkout.
FAQ: Can I terminate my deal?
Online deals (such as membership) can be terminated at the next renewal via your online account. They can also be re-started in the same way. Alternatively, Contact us
FAQ: How can I get a tax receipt?
Online accounts should be able to obtain a receipt from the Orders section in their account. Contact us if not available this way, or if we normally send you invoices for payment.
FAQ: Where can I download items that have been paid for?
If you are not already logged in, you will be sent an email with an appropriate link. This will enable you to download from the ORDER, or the DOWNLOADS section of your account
FAQ: Can items be re-downloaded?
If specific items are purchased, they can be redownloaded without additional cost, for instance via the DOWNLOADS section of your online account. Users with unlimited subscriptions can download any items they want without additional cost during the period of their subscription.
FAQ: What are lists?
If you are looking for images for a project, it is useful if you can select all the "possibles" to a list as you go through the archive. You can then prune the list, share it with your colleagues, or (in the future) place the items in a basket to take to checkout.
